Christmas Decorations!

Because of my rascal baby Piccola, a chihuahua girl, I can hardly place a Christmas tree in my living room. Instead, I decided to have stained-glass-like hand paintings for Christmas decoration.

Here are my works to welcome the holiday season.
They are acrylic paintings and each peace takes about 10 hours to finish, mostly to dry, though the actual working time is about 30-40 min. each.

 When sunshine comes in my room, they are shining, just like stained glasses...

California Paper Features Traveling Painter MINA

The Mount Shasta Herald, a California local newspaper, carried an article about ME, Mina Hasegawa as a Journalist/Traveling Painter! The writer of the story is my English teacher at college... I took her English 1B and 1C classes.

I feel like I'm famous (only in Shasta county, though...) (^0^)/
